Jurnal Aplikasi Teknologi Pangan or JATP (pISSN 2089–7693, eISSN 2460–5921) is national accredited journal and publishes  4 times a year: February, May, August, and November. JATP publishes article research and covers all related topic on applied food technologies including: food application on biotechnology, functional food, food process, healt, and related applied food in agribussiness and agrotechnology.

No charge will be applied for submission the manuscript but once the article is accepted to be published, charger will be applied. Please refer the publication charge to see the payment.
